The sentence of sentence against the defendant shall be suspended.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant is the legal couple with B and B, and B are in the process of separation by dispute with their children around March 2016.

1. On June 9, 2016, the Defendant forged a private document, stating that “Although there is no delegation or consent with respect to the preparation of documents necessary for donation and ownership transfer, there is no delegation or consent with respect to the donation and ownership transfer,” the Defendant revised and recognized it as above to the extent that it does not interfere with the Defendant’s exercise of defense right.

Accordingly, the defendant without authority for the purpose of exercising his rights and duties, is subject to the real estate donation contract under B, which is a private document related to rights and duties.
