1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. B. The Defendant completed each registration of ownership preservation, such as the entry in the purport of the claim, on each real estate listed in the separate sheet (hereinafter “each real estate of this case”), on each real estate listed in the separate sheet.
C. The plaintiff's inheritance relation is the plaintiff's grandchildren who mainly carried out the N of Gyeonggi-si, and according to the plaintiff's transcript of the O's proposal, the plaintiff's inheritance relation is as follows.
