1. The defendant shall have jurisdiction over the Suwon District Court as to each real estate indicated in the attached real estate indication to the plaintiff.

1. Basic facts

A. The status of the Plaintiff is a clan that makes CC 18 years old-old D as a joint ancestor, and the current number of Plaintiff’s clan members is approximately 700 members.

B. Division and registration 1) Division of each real estate indicated in the separate sheet in the indication of each real estate in the annexed sheet 1) Division E of the Gyeonggi-gun E of Forest within the Gyeonggi-gun prior to division (hereinafter “the instant forest land before division”).

According to F, G, H, and the current copy of the register and the closed copy, “W” is written, but the address and permanent domicile of the Plaintiff clan, and the old registration of X-si land, and the present copy of the register, “H” appears to be written in writing. The forest land of this case, which was divided and registered after the division, was completed on April 11, 1932 due to the circumstances in the name of I, J, and K, and the registration of ownership preservation was completed on April 11, 1932. (2) After the division, the forest land of this case was divided into each real estate indicated in the separate sheet as follows (hereinafter referred to as “1 or 5 real estate”; and, if all, “each real estate of this case” was referred to as “each real estate”).

On January 8, 1987, the forest land of this case, which was divided into L, M (2 real estate on the registration conversion of 6,645 square meters prior to N), O (P large 1,775 square meters, 3 real estate on the registration conversion of 1,775 square meters), Q (3,69 square meters prior to R, 4 real estate on the registration conversion of 3,669 square meters), and S land.

In addition, on January 8, 1987, L/A land in the Gyeonggi-do was divided into 120,791 square meters of L/A land and 399 square meters of T/T forest (road category change), and again, on November 24, 1988, 120,79 square meters of L/A forest was divided into 115,149 square meters of L/A forest, U forest 5,640 square meters (5,640 square meters prior to V, 5,640 square meters of registration conversion. 115,149 square meters of L/A forest was divided into 114,347 square meters of forest land and 802 square meters of forest land on March 25, 198, and 114,347 square meters of L/A forest were divided into 114,17 square meters of forest land and 117 square meters of real estate and 231 square meters of forest land (land registration conversion).

3 With respect to each share in the name of F, G, H, J, and K among the forest land of this case before the split-off, each share in the name of F, G, H, J, and K shall be held on October 31, 1935 due to the termination of the trust made on April 19, 1935; with respect to the shares in the name of I, due to the sale made on October 5, 1953.
