A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

Punishment of the crime

At around 13:00 on August 25, 2017, the Defendant: (a) sought to hear the urinals of women of the third floor of C building in Ansan-si, and (b) sought approximately 50 minutes of sound from the fourth side of the women’s toilets, and (c) heard approximately 2-3 women’s melting sound on the floor; and (d) went away from D (one name, 42 years of age) coming into the toilet due to the string of the toilet.

Accordingly, the defendant intruded on a structure against the will of the manager.
