A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 10:55 on June 2, 2019, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (influence of public places) committed a theft of women who are considered to be melted in the side partitions with a view to satisfy their sexual desire by entering the cridges of the five-story female toilets in Ansan-si, the Cridges Association, and thereby satisfying their own sexual desire.

Accordingly, the defendant invadeds on women's toilets, which are public places, to achieve sexual goals.

The Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (hereinafter “Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes”) taken pictures using his own smartphone camera functions, where the victim D (alias) enters female toilets at the same time and place as the above 1.

In addition, from February 21, 2015 to June 2, 2019, the Defendant taken pictures of the body parts, such as her amb, etc., over 60 times in total, from around February 21, 2015 to around June 2, 2019.

Accordingly, the defendant taken the body of victimized women against their will that could cause sexual humiliation or shame.
