A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On September 29, 2020, at around 21:20, the Defendant: (a) received 112 report to the effect that “the Defendant is arranging a contact loan in a singing practice room and selling alcohol in the singing practice room; (b) arrested the instant singing practice room business proprietor F as a flagrant offender committing a violation of the Music Industry Promotion Act in which he was sent to the said singing practice room; and (c) sounded that “I will see that I will see why I will see if I would see it within the YK’s fine”; and (d) I would like to see E’s hand with the left hand and see it, “I will see if I will see it with the Defendant’s arm’s body; and (d) I would like to see why I would see and see the face of the said YK’s seat.”

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties concerning the handling of the 112 reported case by police officers and the arrest of flagrant offenders.
