Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On March 28, 2014, at around 18:20, the Defendant: (a) sent a bath to the police officer of the Incheon Reinforcement Police Station E box, who was reported by D on 112, and sent the F on one occasion at the hand, and (b) sent the F on one occasion at the hand, sent the F’s face to the police officer in the crime of obstruction of performance of official duties; (c) removed the F’s hand hand, who was selling D’s arms by hand, and then pushed the F on the body of the Defendant.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties concerning the arrest of police officers in the act of committing a crime.
