Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a year and six months and by a fine of two thousand won.

Punishment of the crime

On December 6, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of suspended sentence in the Seoul Eastern District Court for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc., and the judgment became final and conclusive on December 14, 2018, and is currently under suspended sentence.
