On August 7, 2018, under the influence of alcohol content of 0.180% among blood transfusion around 05:10 on August 7, 2018, the Defendant driven a B AR test at a distance of about 60:25 to 31 meters from the same road in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City.
