Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 10 million.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On May 14, 2004, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for a crime of violating road traffic law at the Seoul Central District Court on the same kind of crime on three occasions, such as imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of road traffic law.

On April 15, 2020, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol content of 0.098% during blood transfusions at around 18:24, while driving a F rocketing car at about 30 meters from the uppermost to the front road located in the same Gu, both inside and outside of the inside of the inside of the Gu in Ansan-si B.
