Punishment of the crime

On December 28, 2017, at around 21:00, the Defendant driven a Bone Star Track under the influence of alcohol concentration of about 0.176%, from around 18:00 to the same 105-ro, Gwangjin-gu, Seoul, to the same 105-ro, the same 105-ro, the same Gu, and the same 101-ro.
