Punishment of the crime

[Criminal record] On January 10, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment for fraud, etc. at the Daegu District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence at the Daegu Prison on September 23, 2017.

On March 5, 2018, the Defendant, from around 19:40 to around 01:30 on March 5, 2018, 2018, ordered the victim to pay the alcohol value at once to the victim’s “E main store” in the Daegu-gu Dong-gu Operation D, and received alcohol and alcohol equivalent to the total market value of KRW 529,00,00,00 in total, from the victim who believed it.

However, the defendant did not have any intention or ability to pay the price at the time, even if he received an order for drinking and drinking with no means of payment such as money or credit card.

Accordingly, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, received property worth KRW 529,000 in total in the market value.

On February 4, 2018, the Defendant: (a) from around 18:30 to the next 04:30 on February 4, 2018, the victim G management “H” in the Daegu Dong-gu F and the second floor of the victim; (b) took place as if the victim would pay the alcohol value to the victim at once; (c) took an order for alcohol and alcohol as if the victim would have paid the alcohol value to the victim at once; and (d) was provided with alcohol and services equivalent to KRW 810,00 in total at the market price of 45 C, 2 P, and 6 entertainment entertainment workers.

However, the defendant did not have any intention or ability to pay the price in time, even if he was provided with alcohol and service due to the lack of any means of payment such as money or credit card.

Accordingly, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, received property and services worth KRW 810,000 in total in the market value.

On March 1, 2018, the Defendant issued an order for alcohol and alcohol to the victim as if he would pay the alcohol value to the victim in time at the victim J (46 years old) located in the Sung-gu, Daegu Metropolitan City on March 1, 2018.
