Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On September 20, 2007, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 1.5 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Suwon District Court on September 20, 2007, and a fine of KRW 3 million for the same crime at the same court on March 10, 2008.

On March 21, 2014, at around 23:30, the Defendant driven B Poter Cargo Vehicles while under the influence of alcohol 0.098% in blood alcohol concentration, from the top of the B Poter to the front of the area adjacent to the area of the Suwon-si, Suwon-si.
