Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

At around 14:50 on January 26, 2012, the Defendant, without a driver’s license, driven a motor vehicle of approximately 500 meters in a section of approximately 500 meters from the right line 474-1, the right line of the Suwon-si, Suwon-si, to the front and rear of the Sejong Elementary School located in the same Gu.
