A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than six months and a fine not exceeding 300,000 won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 03:20 on June 11, 2016, the Defendant interfered with business, at the main point of “D” operated by the victim C in Yongsan-gu Seoul, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, the Defendant interfered with the operation of the victim’s main points by allowing approximately 30 minutes of the disturbance, i.e., getting the female workers working at the drinking-si entrance and entrance of Yongsan-gu.

2. The Defendant, at the time and place specified in Paragraph 1, expressed that “I am, I am bling, I ambling, I ambling, I ambling. I ambling. I ambling. I ambling. I ambling. I ambling. I ambling,” and ambling three times the chest.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties concerning the prevention, suppression, and investigation of the above police officers.

3. On June 11, 2016, the Defendant violated the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act: (a) was arrested as a flagrant offender under suspicion of obstruction of the performance of official duties at the Seoul Yongsan Police Station Emba, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, and (b) performed an act of disturbance at the Emba, a governmental office, under the influence of the police officer for about 30 minutes after being arrested as a flagrant offender under suspicion of obstruction of the performance of official duties; (c) the police officer “I am flag, the President of Russia, and the President of Russia.
