Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

A. At around 18:55 on May 13, 2014, the Defendant: (a) was under investigation by the assault case occurred between B and the other party F at the Seoul Gwangjin Police Station Estation located in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Gwangjin-gu, and (b) the Defendant expressed that “A police officer, who belongs to the above police box, asked him/her of his/her personal information and the circumstances of the case, will be asked; and (b) he/she expressed his/her will to the effect that “A police officer, who is a police officer, who is a police officer belonging to the above police box, commits assaulting him/her on his/her own at one stop, pushed his/her chest, proble, etc., and interfere with the legitimate execution of duties concerning the crime prevention, suppression and investigation of the above G, who is a police officer.”

B. Around 19:40 on May 13, 2014, the Defendant, at the police box, at the same place as the above “A”, i.e., the victim G (the age of 57) who is a police officer, took a bath, she publicly insultingd the victim by putting the victim G (the age of 57), “I amb off.
