The sentence of sentence against the defendant shall be suspended.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. In the Macaro in China, the Defendant contacted with the male who operates a sexual traffic establishment in the Macaro in China, and attempted to engage in sexual traffic by being affiliated with the said establishment.
A. From March 24, 2014 to June 5, 2014, from March 24, 2014 to June 5, 205:00, the Defendant received USD 6,000 from USD 15,00 ($ 2,260,000 per time) for unspecified men at a hotel, etc., which is not aware of the trade name in that area, and engaged in sexual traffic, with an annual average twice against unspecified men;
B. From August 18, 2014 to September 2014, the Defendant received USD 1-A, from USD 6,000 ($ 9,000,000 per time) to USD 15,00 ($ 2,260,000 per time) from an unspecified male at the same place as indicated in paragraph (a) from August 18, 2014 to September 1, 2014, and engaged in sexual traffic.
2. The Defendant came to know of a sexual traffic business establishment (hereinafter “D”), which is located in Taiwan-si C through the friendship-dong C, in order to engage in sexual traffic. The Defendant was willing to engage in sexual traffic by belonging to the said business establishment.
A. From August 23, 2015 to August 30, 2015, the Defendant received USD 18,000 ($640,000,000) from around 11,00 per time to August 30, 200 ($390,000,000) from the hotel and her mother with knowledge of the trade name at the same time, and engaged in sexual traffic.
B. From September 13, 2015 to September 14, 2015, the Defendant received USD 18,000 ($390,000,000) from USD 11,00 per time to USD 3,000 ($640,000,000) and engaged in sexual traffic at the same place as indicated in paragraph (a) from September 13, 2015 to September 14, 2015.
