Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

A. Defendant A and E jointly committed the crime of Defendant A (hereinafter referred to as “F”) decided to invite foreign sex buyers to engage in sexual traffic and to leave the Republic of Korea on the same day with E(hereinafter referred to as “G”), and to receive 600,000 won per week in consideration of the cost of accommodation and 10% of the amount received by them, while managing the said sexual traffic women to be accommodated in Nos. 10 5 and 905 of the 10th 10th 10th 5th 10 and 9th 9th 9th 9th 9th 1st 100.

On September 1, 2016, the Defendant, along with E, left Ma, a woman engaged in sexual traffic, from around September 1, 2016 to October 24, 2016, had the said M depart from the Republic of Korea, and had the purchaser of sexual traffic take 2,070 won per time from the purchase of foreign sex on his/her name at a sexual traffic business establishment located on the fourth floor of the said JM, and received approximately 300,000 won per time from June 10, 2016 to October 24, 2016, and received the sex purchase of approximately 300,000 won from the sexual purchase.

Accordingly, the defendant conspireds with E to arrange sexual traffic for business purposes.

B. On October 13, 2016, the Defendant’s sole crime sending Y, a female sexual traffic, to a guest room in the lake of “ hotel X” located in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul around 20:00.

50,000 won has been received from a person who has purchased his name in an unsound name and has sexual intercourse once, thereby arranging sexual traffic.

2. Defendant B: (a) upon the request of the above E to seek a female to engage in sexual traffic in Macaro on May 25, 2016; and (b) around May 25, 2016, Defendant B provided “for sexual traffic at a entertainment establishment located in Macaro, 30 million won per month.”
