1. Of the judgment of the court of first instance, the part against the Plaintiff corresponding to the following additional payment order shall be revoked.

Basic Facts

The parties concerned are companies with indoor decoration business, and the plaintiff and his/her birth C established on November 26, 2013, and the defendant's issued shares (total of 42,00 shares) are divided into 50% (Plaintiff 12,600 shares, F8,400 shares) and 50% of L, one of his/her wife, with C and 50%.

On November 26, 2003, the Plaintiff was appointed as the representative director on February 10, 2010 and retired on November 26, 2015, while the Plaintiff was employed as the Defendant’s internal director.

C On November 26, 2003, the Plaintiff was appointed as the Defendant’s director with the Plaintiff, and on November 26, 2006, the Defendant was appointed and served as the Defendant’s representative director and resigned on January 12, 2015.

The Plaintiff and the Defendant traded money between the Plaintiff and the Defendant on a total of 26 occasions from November 11, 2013 to November 25, 2015. The details are as listed below:
