A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Accordingly, the defendant used a stolen body card and stolen the property of the victim bank.

2. On August 30, 2016, around 07:54, the Defendant, who committed a crime related to the Cze Card of a Corporate Bank owned by the victim I, withdrawn an additional cash without the consent of the victim, even though he/she had withdrawn the alcohol value at his/her request with the Cze Card of a Corporate Bank owned by the victim I before the said hotel.

The Defendant, from around 07:54 to 08:02 on the same day, withdrawn 1980,000 won in total by inserting the above physical card in a cash payment machine installed in front of the above hotel and manipulating the passwords, etc. on the same day, and withdrawn 230,000 won by inserting the above physical card in a cash payment machine installed in Busan-gu J building around 08:11 on the same day and manipulating the passwords.
