Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 03:00 on August 13, 2012, the Defendant entered the C main office located in Busan District, Busan District, with the victim D, and cut off the Busan District bank's physical card in his/her hand under the name of Samsung Galthomt and the Busan District Bank's Busan District Bank's Busan District, which was the victim's possession on the table table using the gap in order to calculate the later drinking value.

2. On August 13, 2012, around 04:02, the Defendant collected the Busan Bank Cze Card in the name of D which was stolen in advance under paragraph (1), and then withdrawn KRW 300,000 in cash by inputting the withdrawal amount of KRW 300,000 and password.

Accordingly, the Defendant stolen cash owned by the victim.
