The plaintiff's claim against the defendants is dismissed in entirety.
Litigation costs shall be borne by the plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. B B B B of Chuncheon City Ari (hereinafter “Ari”) indicated as an assessment in the name of “Ari” around 1915, around 23,279, C preceding 1,944, D cemetery base 852, E preceding 11,505, and F forest 17,662.
(hereinafter “each of the instant circumstances”). B.

With respect to each land listed in the list, registration of preservation or ownership transfer in the name of the defendant Chuncheon City has been made as follows:
1) On July 20, 1961 with respect to the land listed in Annex 1 List, a registration of preservation of ownership was made in the name of GJ on July 20, 1961, and the registration of ownership transfer was completed on September 29, 1962, with respect to the land listed in Annex 1 List 1 List 2 on November 2, 1976, the registration of ownership transfer was completed in the name of Defendant Chuncheon on the land listed in Annex 1 List 1 List 3 on December 6, 1984.
C. As to each land listed in the separate sheet No. 2 list, registration of preservation of ownership or registration of ownership in the name of the defendant Republic of Korea has been made as follows:
1) On December 20, 1968, the registration of ownership transfer was completed under the name of the Republic of Korea with respect to each land listed in [Attachment 2] Nos. 1 through 8 of [Attachment 2], and on October 20, 1967 with respect to the land listed in [Attachment 2 List No. 9], and the registration of ownership transfer was completed under the name of the Republic of Korea on January 7, 1995.
3) On October 20, 1967 with respect to the land listed in Annex 2 List 10, the registration of ownership transfer in the name of the defendant Chuncheon City was completed on October 20, 1967, and the registration of ownership transfer in the name of the Gangwon-do on the ground of the exchange on January 25, 199, and the registration of ownership transfer in the name of the defendant Republic of Korea on the ground of the exchange on August 27, 199. 4) as to the land listed in Annex 2 List 11 of Annex 2, the registration of ownership transfer in the name of the defendant Chuncheon City on October 20, 1967.
