The grounds of appeal are examined (to the extent of supplement in case of supplemental appellate briefs not timely filed).

1. The judgment of the court below

A. The court below acknowledged the following facts based on the evidence of employment.

1) The land located within the pertinent AP Ri is indicated on the one hand, but on the one hand, 3,967 square meters and J forest 4,364 square meters (hereinafter “each of the instant forest”).

On February 4, 1932, the registration of ownership transfer was completed under the name of K on January 15, 1940 through L, etc. The registration of ownership transfer was completed on January 15, 1940. After that, according to M and N, each of the instant forests was inherited to the Plaintiff, etc., and the registration of ownership transfer in the name of the Plaintiff was completed with respect to shares of 29/3 out of each of the instant forests as at the time when some inheritors donated their shares to the Plaintiff. 2) Each of the instant forests was newly partitioned along with the net M’s ownership transfer, and new lot number was assigned in around 1957 as each of the instant forests was registered as state-owned land, and the registration of ownership transfer was completed in the name of the Defendant around 1958.

Some of the above lands (including the land re-divided later) are R, U, AH, P through AE, X, and Q land (hereinafter “instant re-divided land”) in the case of R, U, H, P through X, and Q, respectively.
