1. Defendant C’s KRW 30,000,000 and the Plaintiff’s annual rate of KRW 5% from April 16, 2015 to June 16, 2016.

1. Basic facts

A. From 2006 to 2006, the Plaintiff had been engaged in the business of exporting clothes and raws under the trade name of “F” as its representative in the name of “F.” Defendant C has been engaged in the business of importing clothes and raws from around 2008 to the trade name of “G” in L.A. to sell them to customers in the United States.

B. On December 2008, the Plaintiff and Defendant C entered into a trade agreement (hereinafter “instant trade agreement”) with the Plaintiff to produce and export clothes or raws and to divide profits accruing from importing them to customers in the U.S., by establishing a salary supply place in Korea (hereinafter “instant trade agreement”).

C. Accordingly, the Plaintiff and Defendant C established H (hereinafter “H”) on February 10, 2009, and the Plaintiff and Defendant C demanded that the internal director of H be in the Plaintiff’s form E, the auditor be in the Plaintiff’s form, and the Defendant B possess 10,000 shares issued and outstanding, respectively.

around that time, Defendant C also established and operated “I” in the U.S. L.A. and operated “G,” while importing clothes or raw materials from the Plaintiff to the customer in the U.S. (J., K., L.).

E. According to the instant trade agreement, the Plaintiff exported clothes and raw parts (hereinafter “instant goods”) under the name of F as indicated in the following table, and supplied them to Defendant C. Defendant C supplied the imported goods to each final seller.
