The motion of this case is dismissed.

Costs of application shall be borne by the applicant.

The revocation of the designation of a Chinese travel agent, the respondent of which was the applicant on March 28, 2016, shall be suspended from the effect until the 30th day from the date of the adjudication of the 2017-35617 case between the applicant and the respondent.

In full view of all the supporting materials submitted by the applicant and the progress of the case on the merits (this Court case 2017Nu35617), it is deemed that there is an urgent need for the respondent to suspend its effectiveness or enforcement in order to restore or prevent damage to the applicant due to the disposition in the purport of the request made by the applicant. Therefore, the application in this case is dismissed as it is without merit.
