Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A on September 22, 2016, at the Incheon District Court, sentenced one year and two months of imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc., and completed the enforcement of the above sentence at the Incheon Detention Center on July 9, 2017.

B On November 2, 2017, the Incheon District Court sentenced ten months of imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. (fence) at the Incheon District Court on November 2, 2017, and completed the enforcement of the above sentence at the main prison on August 30, 2018.

1.
