Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who operates a general restaurant in the name of “C” on the B and the first floor in Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-si.

No person who sells or provides agricultural and fishery products or the processed products thereof after cooking shall place a false mark of origin, or place a mark likely to cause confusion as such.

Nevertheless, from November 28, 2018 to January 30, 2019, the Defendant purchased KRW 220 km-20 km-20 g from Da in Chungcheongnam-si to 153,000, and sent 2,028 members free of charge to customers visiting a business establishment and ordering meat new at the business establishment, and displayed 2,028 members at 2,028 out of charge. The Defendant purchased KRW 7,352,940 in total and 12.5 km-g of the 1st floor of Gyeonggi-do and the 12.5 g of the U.S. Solori-si in the wall of the 1st floor to find out the place of origin to foreign customers “14,800 g per 200 g, 230 g, 1230 g, 230 g, and 130 g, 30 g, and 130 g,” to find the place of origin to foreign customers.

As a result, the Defendant purchased a foreign net book and prepared and provided it at a business establishment as a "net lux", purchased Mexico or U.S. Magazine, and prepared and sold it at a business establishment as a "lux counter". For the same purpose, the Defendant falsely indicated the place of origin of the net lux book as "du: home origin," and the place of origin of the small lux book as "Mexico/Korea origin," and the place of origin of the lux book as "Macco/Korea origin."
