Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who operates Category C in Daejeon Pungdong-gu B.

No person who sells or provides agricultural and fishery products or the processed products thereof shall place a false indication of the place of origin or place a mark likely to cause confusion as such.

1. Nevertheless, from December 1, 2016 to March 31, 2017, the Defendant: (a) sold 6,000 won for a portion of 1 person after cooking 400 g of the country of origin in China using 508 g of the net 400 g of the Republic of Korea; and (b) cooked 457 g of the parallel 4,000 for a portion of 7,00 won for a portion of 1 person; (c) sold 7,500 won for a portion of 7,50 won for a group of 76 persons for a group of persons; and (d) sold 7,500 won for a group of 7,50 won for a group of persons inside and outside the restaurant, and displayed a false origin on the Me New York bulletin board installed inside and outside the restaurant.

2. From April 1, 2017 to June 1, 2017, the Defendant sold 7,500 won per person, after cooking 6,000 won for a portion of D 1,121 by using 575 minutes from the country of origin of Congo (U.S., Canada, and Australia) from April 1, 201 to June 1, 201, the Defendant sold 7,500 won for a portion of 7,00 won after cooking 518 persons from the country of origin of Congo and cooking 86 persons to sell them for sale, and stored 600 g at the State air conditioners (U.S., Congo, Canada, and Australia) to use them for sale, and marked 61 cafeterias at the bottom of the country of origin of Korea and its outer bulletin board “in Korea,” and marked 7,500 won for a portion of 1 person.
