Defendant

A shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won, and a fine of 200,000 won, respectively.

The above fines are imposed by the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

A. At around 10:00 on February 23, 2012, the Defendant publicly insultingd the victims on the ground that the victims E (the age of 43), F (38), G (the age of 39), etc. were the husband of the Defendant and the president of the said apartment council, who were the employees of the said apartment management office, among the residents of the said apartment building in front of the said apartment management office, and caused the examination of H (the above apartment), etc., to the victims on the ground that he was the husband of the said apartment, and the said apartment council member of the council of occupants’ representatives. However, he was well-known, but he did so, but he was hicked in the spath of the width, and he was not able to view the victims.”

B. The Defendant destroyed and damaged a banner (5 cm, 90cm in length) equivalent to 15,000 won at the market price owned by the victims, on the grounds as stated in the preceding paragraph, at the time and place of the preceding paragraph, on the ground of the same reasons as stated in the preceding paragraph.

2. At around 10:00 on February 23, 2012, Defendant B, the above Defendant publicly insultingd the victims by saying, “A victim E (the age of 43), F (38), G (the age of 39), etc., who is an employee of the management office of the above apartment complex among the above apartment residents in front of the management office of the apartment complex D, had conducted the examination of H, who is the chairperson of the said apartment representative council, the above apartment occupants’ meeting.”

3. Defendant A, the husband of the above apartment building, who was the president of the council of occupants' representatives, was released from position by the members of the council of occupants' representatives, including the victim I, and attempted to discover and damage the banner installed in the apartment.

On February 15, 2012, the above Defendant destroyed three banners equivalent to 40,000 won in the market price owned by the victim I installed in apartment through the autonomous management staff of apartment in the above D apartment.
