1. The reasoning of the court's explanation of this case is the same as the part of the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance, and thus, it is citing it as it is by the main text of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.

2. Therefore, the plaintiff's claim against the defendants is accepted in its reasoning, and all of the counterclaims by the defendant A are dismissed without merit. The judgment of the court of first instance is just and without merit, and the defendants' appeal is dismissed in its entirety. It is so decided as per Disposition.
