2. In conclusion, the plaintiff's principal lawsuit and the defendants' counterclaim are accepted within the scope of each above recognition. The plaintiff's remaining principal lawsuit and the defendants' remaining counterclaim are dismissed as they are without merit. The judgment of the court of first instance is just in conclusion, and all appeals against the principal lawsuit and counterclaims of this case are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition.
