Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

At around 23:45 on May 23, 2013, the Defendant: (a) at the D Park in front of the Dobong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government building, and reported 112 that “A woman is growing in a male toilet; and (b) the victim F, a assistant assistant of the Dobong Police Station Estation, who called the Defendant at the joint toilet of the said C building, was a string bath for the Defendant, who was living in the said C building; and (c) when F was shot out of the toilet and recommended the Defendant to return home, the Defendant 10 people, including G, who had been conducting funeral services in the park, she publicly insulting the victim by openly insulting the victim with a large sound over ten minutes, “I am typ, such as the bit bit ch, bit bitch, son, wring, this wring sons, wrings, and so on.”
