A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 8, 2015, the Defendant: (a) opened, without permission, a closed door of “E” main entrance operated by the victim D at the time of the Gyeonggi Ethical entertainment; and (b) intruded into the structure managed by the victim upon entering the said main entrance.

2. On March 8, 2015, the Defendant of the obstruction of performance of official duties, at around 08:09: (a) the police officer of the Sinung Police Station, who was off the bucked with the panty only after being reported to 112 and called out after being reported to 115 on the 10th day of the above “E”, francing the Defendant, i.e., “S. francing, n.e., n., n.e., n., n.e., n., n.e., n.s., n.s., n.e., n.s., n.s., n.s., n.s., n.s., n.e., n.s., n.s., n.s., n.s.).

3. 공용물건손상 피고인은 2015. 3. 8. 08:40경 경기 시흥시 은행로에 있는 은행파출소 앞 길거리에서, 위와 같은 범행으로 인해 현행범인 체포되어 순찰차를 타고 위 파출소에 도착한 후 경찰관들이 순찰차에서 내리라고 요구하자 “내가 뭘 잘못했는데 여기로 오냐, 씹할 놈들아”라고 소리치며 그곳에 있던 G 경찰순찰차의 조수석 뒷문 썬바이져를 주먹으로 쳐 깨뜨리는 방법으로 시가 27,500원 상당의 공용물건인 순찰차 썬바이져의 효용을 해하였다.
