Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 1.5 million on August 14, 2008 at the Busan District Court's Dong branch court's Busan District Court's branch court's order of a fine of KRW 1.5 million, and a fine of KRW 4 million on July 16, 201 for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (free Driver's License). The defendant has a record of violating Article 44 (1) of the Road Traffic Act not less than twice.

On October 12, 2014, at around 23:40, the Defendant driven BSS5 car at approximately 10 meters at the same parking lot located in Busan Shipping Daegu 2-ro 23, 36 (Re-transmission) a man-ray of 10 meters, while under the influence of alcohol at 0.064% of alcohol level.
