Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 6,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant was issued a summary order of 700,000 won by a fine on September 6, 2006, and a summary order of 1.5 million won by a fine on May 21, 2014 by the Busan District Court for a violation of the Road Traffic Act, and there was a history of violating Article 44 (1) of the Road Traffic Act twice.

On April 5, 2015, at around 02:31, the Defendant driven approximately 200 meters on the roads of the Agricultural Feed Department located in the Nam-gu, Nam-gu, Busan, the 200m alcohol level of 0.107%.
