Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On August 17, 2007, the defendant was issued a summary order of a fine of 2 million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (hereinafter referred to as the "Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents") at the Busan District Court's Dong Branch, and on July 2, 2012, the Busan District Court issued a summary order of 3.5 million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (hereinafter referred to as the "Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents"), and on July 2, 2012.

On September 13, 2014, at around 01:05, the Defendant driven approximately 3 km in black money in the vicinity of a restaurant, while under the influence of alcohol of 0.063% of blood alcohol level.
