1. The plaintiffs' claims against the defendants are all dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Plaintiffs were the members of Defendant F Religious Organization G church (hereinafter “Defendant church”) and Defendant H is the president of the Defendant church, and Defendant I is the head of the Defendant church.

B. The Plaintiffs were the members who were originally present at the JJ, leaving the above church, but during February 2013 to October 201, the Plaintiffs began to participate in the worship after registering as members of the Defendant church.

C. In a case where the National Assembly of F Religious Organizations is affiliated with the K Assembly of the F Religious Organizations, the Lo’s association having jurisdiction over the Defendant church decided on April 2014 to send the Plaintiffs to another church by May 31, 2014, but the Defendant church did not implement this.

On November 25, 2014, the General Assembly of the F Religious Organizations: (a) on November 25, 2014, in failing to implement the decision to send the plaintiffs to another church by opening a disciplinary judgment with respect to Defendant H; (b) without any written explanation, the act of registering the plaintiffs who are the members of the same union, the same church, and the neighboring church without any written explanation was subject to a disposition for six months of the past service on the ground that the religious order goes against the Constitution; and (c) ordered Defendant H to the effect that “the plaintiffs shall send them to another church by December 31, 2014.”

E. Accordingly, the Defendant church knew the Plaintiffs that “to request the implementation of the above general assembly instructions” (hereinafter “instant notification act”), and the Defendants subsequently prohibit the Plaintiffs from entering religious facilities listed in the separate sheet to participate in the towing of each week on Sundays.

(f)the provisions of the Constitution and the Ordinance of the K Assembly of F Religious Organizations related thereto are as follows:

Article 24 of the Constitution of the Republic of Korea

1. The three visitors have the right to participate in the religious activities and to participate in the common meeting membership and the right to participate in the common meeting and to be protected by the law, and the individual church shall be eligible for election and election in accordance with the law and regulations.

Provided, That if the church fails to attend the exhibition for at least six months without permission, the above right shall be lost.
