A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On November 22, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to four months of imprisonment with prison labor at the Daejeon District Court for the crime of conflict, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Daejeon Prison on March 21, 2012.
1. On January 10, 2015, the Defendant: (a) faced some losses on the rear of a passenger car driven by the victim C (the age of 35) in front of the “hysium Eup Sari-gu, Sari-gu, Sari-gu, Sari-dong,” and (b) had the victim take care of as if the Defendant was aware of his or her son; (c) had the victim take a bath to the victim; and (d) attempted to take money into account as agreed money from the victim; (d) had the victim refused to give money and reported it to the 112, thereby doing so.
2. On January 10, 2015, the Defendant, at around 16:55, 2015, was faced with a part of a hand, at the rear of a passenger car driven by the victim D (the age of 28) in the middle of the car driven by the victim D (the age of 28), and was issued 30,000 won as agreed money by the victim who was drinking with the money.
3. On February 2, 2015, at around 13:45, the Defendant: (a) faced a part of damage on a passenger car driven by the victim G(61 years of age) in front of “F” in Sejong E; (b) demanded the victim to pay money in the same manner; and (c) received KRW 30,000 from the victim who frights hot water for an agreement.
4. On February 11, 2015, around 15:05, the Defendant: (a) took part of the back part of a passenger car driven by the victim I (the 39-year old), and requested the victim to pay money in the same manner; and (b) received 60,000 won for an agreement from the victim who was fright to drink, under the pretext of agreement.
5. On February 14, 2015, the Defendant was faced with some losses on a road within the “pathoe customary market” in the principle of the Eup of the Sejong Special Measures Headquarters, which is in effect on the following: (a) around 17:00; (b) and (c) demand the victim to pay money in the same manner.
