A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around December 18, 2013, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) and driven the E presson vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license from the section of approximately 100 meters from the road front of the Hyundai New Cancer in Daegu-gu, Daegu-dong, 4, 350-1 to the road front of the Dog-gu, Daegu-dong, to the Dog-dong, Daegu-dong, without obtaining a driver’s license.

2. The Defendant in violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents is a person who is engaged in driving a motor vehicle with the E pressle.

On December 9, 2013, around 18:35, the Defendant driven the above van on the front of the Domoel road located in Daegu Dong-gu, Daegu, and continued to drive at a speed of 20km per hour at a speed of 20km per hour among the three-lane roads from the north side of the parking lot in Dong-gu to the modern new cancer in the north side of Dong-gu.

Since there is a crosswalk without signal lights, there was a duty of care to confirm whether a person engaged in driving service has a way to reduce speed and to see well the right and the right of the road, and to drive safely.

Nevertheless, the Defendant was negligent in neglecting his/her license under the above Paragraph 1, and did not avoid the Victim F (26 years of age) and the Victim G (26 years of age) who was crossing the said crosswalk, and received the parts of the victims’ body in front of the car driving by the Defendant.

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim F, such as salt, tension, etc. in need of treatment for about two weeks due to the above occupational negligence, and injury to the victim G, such as brain dynasium requiring treatment for about three weeks.
