Punishment of the crime

On December 11, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to one year and six months for the violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Busan District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Gancheon Prison on April 22, 2015. At around 01:03 on June 11, 2015, the Defendant, together with D, cut off the victim E, who was seated with the passenger waiting room in Daegu Dong-dong-gu 4, KaTX Dong-dong, Daegu-dong, and KSX Dong-dong, and, at the same time, the Defendant: (a) moved to the victim E; (b) reported the victim’s net; (c) reported the victim’s cash of KRW 2.30,00 in cash from the victim’s bats; and (d) stolen the victim’s property by cutting out one bat in the market price, which includes the Plaintiff’s bats, of KRW 50,000,00 in the amount of KRW 50,00 in the market price; (c) transportation card, modern card, agricultural card, Daegu-dong card, resident registration certificate, and driver’s license.

3. On June 12, 2015, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol to the Victim F, who was under the influence of alcohol at a passenger waiting room in the dong-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, 550 East-gu.
