Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 300,000 won.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the operator of the K3 car.

No one shall cover a registration number plate nor make it illegible, and such a motor vehicle shall not be operated.

Nevertheless, at around 20:50 on July 13, 2020, the Defendant made it difficult for the Defendant to identify the registration number plate by leaving the above vehicle back to stop the number plate in order to avoid the control of the unmanned control car for violating parking and stopping regulations installed therein.
