Punishment of the crime

On October 4, 2016, at around 01:00, the Defendant driven a car without a driver's license issued by the commissioner of the district police agency, with about 10 kilometers of approximately 10 kilometers from the front road of 01:41 on the same day to the front road of Pyeongtaek-si.
