Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who drives B Poter Cargo Vehicles owned by the Defendant.

On February 18, 2012, the Defendant, without a driver’s license issued by the Commissioner of the Local Police Agency on February 18, 2012, driven a section of about 1 km of the said vehicle from the Southern Elementary School located in the Namsan-dong of Busan to the same Dong.
