Punishment of the crime

On June 25, 2011, around 21:22 to 21:40, the Defendant driven a non-registered 50cc-free vehicle while under the influence of alcohol with approximately 800 meters alcohol concentration of about 0.238% without a motorcycle license from the front road of approximately 1049-10, prior to the 101-10 road in Ansan-si, Ansan-si, 101.
