Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 300,000 won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

At around 21:40 on May 19, 2012, the Defendant driven a motorcycle at approximately 200 meters section of convenience stores, without obtaining a motorcycle license, from around 200 meters in front of the two-way 237, Jung-gu, Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul, to around 21:45 on the same day.
