Punishment of the crime

1. Around 17:30 on October 3, 201, the Defendant driving a vehicle with approximately 150 meters away from the surface of the 516-19, Gangdong-gu, Seoul Metropolitan Government, to the front road of the same 501 area, which is the place of accident, without a driver’s license, of “C” Q125 wheels without a driver’s license.

2. A person who operates a wheeled vehicle in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act shall subscribe to the liability insurance determined by the State.

Nevertheless, at around 17:30 on October 3, 201, the Defendant, without having subscribed to liability insurance, driven a “C” Q125 wheels vehicle owned by himself/herself to the same place of accident as the above “1.”
