1. Facts of recognition;

A. On January 16, 2012, Bosung Construction Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “ Bosung Construction Co., Ltd.”) concluded a contract for construction works with the Defendant for the construction cost of KRW 1,904,387,440, and the construction period of KRW 6,20 from February 6, 2012 to December 1, 2012, with the Defendant for the construction cost of KRW 1,904,387,440, and for the construction period of KRW 6, 2012 from February 1, 2012 to December 31, 2012, the said contract concluded that Bosung Construction Co., Ltd.
