1. The Defendant: 492,880,000 won for Daelim Development Co., Ltd. and 169,415,000 won for Ssung Development Co., Ltd.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. On June 7, 2011, the Defendant and the New Jin Comprehensive Construction Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “New Jin Comprehensive Construction”) concluded a joint supply and demand organization with the investment ratio of 50% each from June 7, 201, under which the Korea Rural Community Corporation (hereinafter “the head of the place of origin”) concluded a contract to perform the “construction works to increase the embankment of agricultural reservoirs in the off-dong zone” (hereinafter “instant construction works”).
B. The contract amount of the instant construction project was finally determined as KRW 12,976,354,000, and the ordering authority enforced all of them until June 24, 2014.
C. The Defendant and the Newjin integrated Construction entered into a subcontract with respect to the Plaintiff Daesung Development and the 1,2, and3 sub-construction among the instant construction works, respectively, with respect to the 1,2, and3 sub-construction among the instant construction works, respectively, and with respect to the 1,2, and 1, and 2, and 2, among the instant construction works (hereinafter “the instant pre-subcontract construction works”). Among them, the major contents of the contract for the 3rd sub-construction, 2, and 2, related to the instant case are as follows.
