1. The Defendants: (a) each of the Plaintiff A paid KRW 32,400,00 to the Plaintiff B and C, respectively, KRW 57,715,124 and each of the said money.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The relationship between the parties, etc. 1) Defendant D Co., Ltd. (A Co., Ltd. prior to the alteration; hereinafter “Defendant D”).
(3) On November 23, 2011, Defendant LSP Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant LSSP”) is limited to Defendant LSP Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant LSP”).
(C) The building of the Z I Logistics Center, the freezing and refrigerating Construction Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “instant building”).
(2) As of May 31, 2012, the date of completion of the new construction project shall be KRW 57,750,000,000 for the construction cost, and the date of completion of the new construction project shall be May 31, 2012. However, the period of the construction project is determined and subcontracted to Defendant E Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant E”) on January 4, 2012, the period of construction to complete the trial operation of freezing and refrigerating storage portion by June 30, 2012.
3) On January 30, 2012, Defendant E re-subcontracted part of the instant construction work to J (K industry) with the cost of construction KRW 979,00,000. (4) The instant building was completed around May 25, 2012, and the freezing equipment constructed by Defendant E was certified by the Korea Gas Safety Corporation around June 19, 2012. At that time, Defendant D, prior to Defendant ELS, contracted construction of additional construction of a cold warehouse on the front of the instant building to the construction cost of KRW 14,484,690,00, and construction period from July 1, 2012 to October 15, 2012, Defendant D’s additional construction period of KRW 14,484,690,00, and the additional construction cost of the instant building to the construction cost of KRW 205,000,000,000 for the additional construction cost of KRW 15,200.
5 Defendant F as the chief of Defendant E’s department, is the person in charge of the instant construction site, L is employed by J as an official contact and dispatched to the construction site of this case, and the Plaintiff F is L.
