A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 13, 2019, the Defendant: (a) driven a B-hurbed vehicle while under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.203% from the 1km section of approximately 1km up to the remote distance in the village of the 439 subway line located in Songpa-gu Seoul, Songpa-gu, Seoul, up to the 0.203% of alcohol level.

2. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from Dangerous Driving) is a person engaged in driving a motor vehicle B.

On May 13, 2019, at around 02:15, the Defendant driven the said car under the influence of alcohol level of 0.203% in blood alcohol level, while driving the said car, and driving the said car under the influence of alcohol level of 0.203% in the smooth market distance from the high-frequency slope to the visible market distance of 40km.

Since there is a remote distance in which a vehicle signal, etc. is installed, the driver has a duty of care to check whether there is a vehicle that is driven in another direction by reducing speed and checking the right and the right and the right of the driver, and to safely drive the vehicle in accordance with the new subparagraph.
